Guarantee, Refunds, Returns, Cancellations, and Replacements

Please inspect all items in your order as soon as you receive it. Notify us of any problems or missing items within one week. Claims made after one week of receipt of your order cannot be accepted.

Please note, minor cosmetic changes to plants including yellowing or leaf drop can occur during transit and should cause no long term problem for the plant. However, severe package damage should be reported to us immediately. We take great care in raising and preparing our plants for shipment to you. When you receive your plant it is extremely important that you act immediately to replant it in its new home environment. The faster this is done, the less stress the plant will experience. The most common cause for loss of shipped plants is a delay in or improper replanting.

We guarantee plants will be delivered in a healthy condition. Our plants are guaranteed to leaf out and grow if properly handled and planted upon receipt and well cared for. Some plants may be late to break dormancy, so please be patient and care for them well assuming they are still alive!

If you have questions, please contact us right away at [email protected]. If appropriate, we will ship you a one time replacement if that item is in stock. If not, we will issue you a store credit.

We do not accept returns of live plants which have already been shipped. All sales are final. Once an order has been shipped, no refunds will be issued. Items are eligible for replacements or store credit only.

If you wish to cancel your order for a full refund, it must be canceled before the order is pulled (inventory has been gathered for your order and prepared for shipment). Cancelation requests received after inventory has been pulled are subject to a handling fee of 25% of total order value. No other refunds will be made.

We are not liable for any packages that are returned to us due to issues regarding the shipping address provided by the customer. If a package is unable to be delivered, and the plants are returned to us dead, there will be no refund or replacement offered. In this case you will need to place and pay for a new order. Please be certain of your shipping address information when placing your order to avoid this consequence.

We do not ship plants to zone 6 and below in the fall, as plants cannot be guaranteed to harden properly and may die from the cold.

We do everything in our power to deliver you live healthy plants. We cannot guarantee their long term survival under your care in your climate and growing conditions. We are happy to help you with as much supporting information as possible, however we cannot make a long term guarantee for the survival and thriving of your plant once it is out of our hands. Potential adverse impacts from weather including frost damage or drought, pests and wildlife damage, herbicide exposure or excessive fertilizer use, mower damage, improper soil conditions or irrigation, etc. cannot be guaranteed against.
