Ribes rubrum ‘Tatran’. Tatran is a late-ripening currant, ripens in mid to late July. Berries are easy to pick and process, large berries grow on long strigs and the bush does not have too many leaves which makes picking easy. Berries have thicker skin than others, great for baking currant tarts.
