Special Notes

The Kanza Northern Pecan is the result of a hand pollinated cross between Major and Shoshoni pecans in 1955 by Louis Romberg. This is a very scab resistant pecan with delicious crunchy easy to shell nuts of medium small size. Pecans grow very large and make excellent landscape and shade trees for backyards and homesteads.
