Whitten South Chestnut
$10.00
This tree produces a nut of medium sweetness with excellent flavor. It’s a very dependable producer in cooler summer climates and is very productive of medium large nuts.
The nuts are well formed with regular large crops.
The nuts produce excellent trees of similar characteristics. The mother trees were brought out west in a covered wagon around 1880 to Olympia, WA.
